Artist and wanderer
Usually found scrambling up mountains or playing in rockpools, my paintings and sketches are created outside from direct observation. I have a studio in The Creative Exchange, Perth. But spend mostly of my time with my sketching kit in my rucksack or bike panniers as I wander across Scotland.
I find a huge amount of joy in drawing movement. From wild weather to dancers, live music sessions to swooping razorbills, my sketchbooks are filled with flight lines and frothing seafoam.
My work is availbe to buy from various galleries and exhibitions across the UK, through my website and in person at my Open Studio events in May and December.
