Icy Mountains was painted on the shores of Tverrøya, an island in the Fleinvær Archipelago off the coast of Norway.

A day of glorious sunshine, endless horizons and colossal mountains.I watched black guillemots bobbing in the water, chuckled at the silly calls of snipes as they flew overhead, smiled at two disgruntled curlews. The island is full of bird politics!The wind is bitter and constant. It cuts sharply off the water, tugging at my paintings and freezing my fingers, even in the sunshine.
 
Each of these Giclee prints is Limited Edition, signed and printed on Hahnemühle German Etching paper and arrives mounted.
