Mountains and Molehills

Immersive and intrepid, this lifelong project explores dramatic landscape, wild weather, local folklore and fading history. Micro explorations are used to experience historic pathways and collect sketches, photographs and tales of adventure. Artwork is often created with only what can be carried in a rucksack along with tent, fuel, and food. These are smaller travel projects, capturing flashes of culture and people from all walks of life. Most recently has been the Isle of Harris and Marrakesh, Morocco.
